charming and well-located

central location great breakfast helpful staff

i found the location convenient, with easy access to shops and essential amenities. the breakfast was a delight (especially the a la carte options). the front desk staff (martha in particular), were helpful and kind throughout my visit. i definitely plan to return on my next trip.

convenient location airport tram responsive communication dark room internal courtyard limited view

The location was fantastic. It was walkable to basically everywhere in town. The tram station to the airport was near the hotel. I got a breakfast box because I needed to leave early for the airport, and i appreciated that.

I booked a "beautiful room with city view", but the room was a bit dark. It looked into an internal courtyard, and that was disappointing. I did find the room very comfortable otherwise though THE staff were apologetic and tried their best to find us alternatives.

i found the in-house restaurant provided really good food. they had a great menu, bib gourmand standard. turn down service existed, it was a nice touch. a la carte breakfast options supplemented a buffet, i liked that.
